However, if you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or unsuitable product based on our policy, you may request a return, exchange, or refund by following the terms mentioned below.

1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return or exchange if the received product meets any of the following conditions:

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, undamaged by the customer, and returned with its original packaging, tags, labels, invoice, accessories, manuals, free gifts, and any other items included with the product.
2. Return Request Timeline
Customers must report any return, exchange, damaged product, missing item, or incorrect delivery issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Return or exchange requests made after this period may not be accepted.

4. Exchange Policy
If the customer receives a wrong, damaged, defective, or expired product, MUMUSO Bangladesh may offer an exchange, subject to stock availability.
If the same product is available, we may replace the item with the correct or defect-free product.
If the same product is unavailable, the customer may be offered:
· A replacement with another product of similar value
· Store credit or voucher
· Partial refund, if applicable
· Full refund, if applicable
Exchange approval depends on product condition, claim validity, stock availability, and verification by our team.
5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved in the following cases:
· The ordered product is unavailable after payment
· The product cannot be delivered due to service limitations
· The customer received a damaged, defective, expired, or wrong product and replacement is not available
· The order was cancelled before shipping
· Duplicate payment was made

Refunds will only be processed after the issue is verified by MUMUSO Bangladesh.
6. Refund Method
Refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method used by the customer. Depending on the payment method and operational process, refunds may be issued through:

· Payment gateway reversal
· Card refund
· Store credit
· Voucher or coupon code
· Any other approved refund method
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through mobile banking, bank transfer, store credit, or another approved method after confirmation from the customer.
Customers may need to provide correct refund information, such as mobile banking number, bank account details, or payment reference details. MUMUSO Bangladesh will not be responsible for delays or failed refunds caused by incorrect refund information provided by the customer.
7. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved, refund processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment method, bank, mobile financial service provider, payment gateway, or internal processing requirements.
In some cases, refund processing may take longer due to bank holidays, payment gateway delays, verification issues, or incorrect customer information.
8. Return Pickup and Delivery Charge
If the return or exchange is required due to an error from MUMUSO Bangladesh, such as wrong product delivery, damaged product, expired product, or defective product, we may arrange return pickup or provide further return instructions.
In such cases, return delivery charges may be covered by MUMUSO Bangladesh, subject to approval.
If the customer requests a return or exchange for reasons not caused by MUMUSO Bangladesh, such as change of mind, wrong product selection, wrong size selection, or personal preference, return or exchange may not be accepted. If accepted in special cases, the customer may need to bear all related delivery charges.
9. Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation before the order is shipped or handed over to the delivery partner.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. If the customer refuses to receive a confirmed order without a valid reason, future order privileges may be limited, restricted, or subject to advance payment.
For prepaid orders cancelled before shipping, refund will be processed according to the approved refund method and timeline.
10. Damaged Package at Delivery
Customers are requested to check the package condition at the time of delivery.
If the package appears damaged, opened, wet, broken, or suspicious, customers should contact MUMUSO Bangladesh customer support immediately before using the product.
If possible, customers should take photos or videos of the package before opening it. This will help us verify the issue and process the claim faster.
11. Missing Items
If any item is missing from the order, the customer must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
The customer should provide the order number, invoice, package photos, and unboxing video if available. After verification, MUMUSO Bangladesh may provide the missing item, offer a replacement, issue store credit, or process a refund depending on the situation.
12. Product Condition Verification
All return, exchange, and refund requests are subject to verification by the MUMUSO Bangladesh team.
We reserve the right to reject a return, exchange, or refund request if:
· The product has been used
· The product seal is broken
· The product is damaged by the customer
· The product is returned without packaging or invoice
· The claim is made after the allowed timeline
· Required proof is not provided
· The issue cannot be verified
· The product is non-returnable under this policy

The final decision regarding return, exchange, or refund approval will be made by MUMUSO Bangladesh after proper review.
13. Allergic Reactions and Product Suitability
Beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products may react differently depending on individual skin type, sensitivity, allergies, and usage habits.
MUMUSO Bangladesh is not responsible for allergic reactions, irritation, discomfort, or product suitability issues after a product has been used, unless the product is proven to be expired, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
Customers are advised to check the product ingredients, usage instructions, and warning labels before use. For skincare or cosmetic products, customers should perform a patch test before full application.
Customers with sensitive skin, allergies, or medical conditions should consult a qualified professional before using skincare, cosmetic, or personal care products.
14. Promotional, Discounted, and Campaign Products
Products purchased during special campaigns, clearance sales, bundle offers, flash sales, discount promotions, or limited-time offers may not be eligible for return or exchange unless the product is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrectly delivered.
Promotional gifts, free items, samples, and vouchers are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If an order containing a free gift or promotional item is returned, the customer may also need to return the free gift or promotional item in unused condition.
