Once an order is successfully placed on our website, our team will review, confirm, and process the order as soon as possible. Order processing usually starts after payment confirmation or successful order placement for Cash on Delivery orders, where applicable.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding public holidays, special campaign days, or unexpected operational delays. During high-demand periods, such as sales campaigns, festivals, or promotional events, order processing may take slightly longer.


Delivery Coverage

MUMUSO Bangladesh currently delivers products across Bangladesh through our delivery partners. Customers can place orders from Dhaka and outside Dhaka, subject to courier service availability in the selected delivery area.

Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier coverage, product type, and order size. If delivery is not available in a specific area, our customer support team may contact the customer for further assistance.


Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location and courier service conditions.

For orders inside Dhaka, estimated delivery time is usually 2–4 business days after order confirmation.

For orders outside Dhaka, estimated delivery time is usually 3–7 business days after order confirmation.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimated and may change due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, political situations, incomplete address information, or other unexpected circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary based on delivery location, order value, product weight, package size, and ongoing promotional offers. The applicable delivery charge will be shown during checkout before the customer confirms the order.

MUMUSO Bangladesh may offer free delivery from time to time as part of special campaigns, promotional offers, or minimum purchase requirements. Free delivery offers will only apply when clearly mentioned on the website, campaign banner, or checkout page.


Order Tracking

After your order is confirmed and handed over to the delivery partner, you may receive order tracking information through SMS, email, phone call, or website order status update, depending on the available system.

Customers can also check their order status from their account dashboard, if the feature is available, or contact our customer support team for assistance.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including full name, phone number, complete address, area, district, and any necessary delivery instructions.

MUMUSO Bangladesh will not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery due to incorrect phone numbers, incomplete addresses, unavailable recipients, or wrong delivery locations provided by the customer.

If a delivery attempt fails because of incorrect information or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, additional delivery charges may apply for reshipping the order.


Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner may contact the customer before or during delivery. Customers are requested to keep their phone available and receive the order within the delivery schedule.

If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses to receive the order after confirmation, the delivery may be marked as failed. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation.


Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. In rare cases, a product may become unavailable after an order is placed due to stock updates, quality checking, inventory mismatch, or high demand.

If any product from an order is unavailable, MUMUSO Bangladesh may contact the customer to offer a replacement, partial delivery, refund, or order cancellation option.


Damaged or Missing Items During Delivery

Customers are requested to check the package carefully at the time of delivery. If the package appears damaged, opened, or incomplete, the customer should immediately contact MUMUSO Bangladesh customer support.

For damaged, missing, or incorrect items, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order with proper proof, such as photos, videos, order number, and delivery information. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.


Delayed Delivery

While we try our best to deliver all orders within the estimated timeline, delays may sometimes occur due to courier issues, natural disasters, public holidays, strikes, traffic conditions, high order volume, or other unavoidable circumstances.

MUMUSO Bangladesh will not be liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or events beyond our control. However, we will assist customers as much as possible to resolve delivery-related issues.


Order Cancellation Before Shipping

Customers may request order cancellation before the order is shipped. Once the order has been handed over to the delivery partner, cancellation may not be possible.

If a prepaid order is cancelled before shipping, refund processing will follow our Refund Policy.
